Congratulations to Boone County High School 10th grader Logan VanWay for being named to the first Kentucky Department of Education Next Generation Student Council. Logan will work with 10 other students from around the commonwealth giving input on public education to Commissioner of Education Terry Holliday. 
Ryle High School's Senior Production "Night Off Broadway 3.0" is scheduled for Feb. 2, 3, & 4 at 8 pm in the Ryle High School Auditorium. The cost is $5 and the proceeds benefit Special Olympics of Northern Kentucky. Call (859) 384-5300 for details. 
Kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year is coming up. Those children who will be 5 years old on or before October 1st, 2012 can register for the 2012-2013 school year. Registration sessions will be held at the various schools across the district beginning in March. Click here to get a full listing of dates and times.
